about

Henrik Fjord was a human being who existed in a neighbouring universe to our own. His closest historical brother would be a man named 'Henry Ford' who made his place in history as the inventor of the mass-produced automobile, and, in a round-about-way, was the father of conveyor belt manufacturing and mass-production.

Henrik, however, bares no resemblance to his alternate-universe counterpart. Fjord was a man who, in a universe near our own, still on Earth, but a different Earth, maintained and preserved local ecosystems within giant terrariums, which had become necessary due to mass-mechanisation of most of the worlds natural resources.

Henrik Fjord was a hero to the world, but not of the mass media, as his efforts, all though successful, were frowned upon by the greatest voices in news and the heavy-hitters of the distribution of information on Earth 2 -[Earth 2 is what we shall call the universe which Henrik existed within, in comparison, of course, to Earth 1, which would be, of course, our Earth.]

The Earth of Earth 2 is one hard to imagine from our idealistic realm. We have seen the pictures of our planet from space, a blue marble, a blue sphere. Well, to Henrik, in particular after his efforts, the Earth, from say the moon, appeared grey, save for gigantic half-sphere domes which, in their several numbers, stretched around the globe. These spheres were known as 'Fjord Terrariums' and on a solar-systemic level, were known as the 'colour of Earth' or, rather, the colours' of 'Earth 2'.

Little is known about what happened to Earth 2, but what remains tangentially and historically important is that Henrik Fjord kept life, indeed life as we know it, on Earth, whole and thriving, while the forces outside of scientific preservation drained colour and life from the world.

This album; a collaboration between Rainbow Macaw and Paws Menu, is a tribute to Henrik's efforts. The tale was brought to the cognition of Paws Menu, through latent dispensation of knowledge of another universe, at least one, where a planet called Earth exists. We have been referring to such planet as 'Earth 2' as it exists universally, in a similar place as our Earth, but infinitely irregularly, in comparison, as Earth 2 exists on another plane of universal geography to our own. However, this science is inconsequential to the matter at hand...

The album is not only a tribute to Henrik, but an acknowledgement of his existence. A call to arms of like-minded and positive people, who could perhaps understand the parallels, however inverted, in our world, and, particularly here, on Earth, a homage to a person we hope to know, on a global scale, who will ensure the beauty of nature to continue through the uncertainty of the future, to maintain beauty, which is life, through all life, love and existence. To the reaches of indefiniteness and universality.
