about

A Museum of Echoes:

Inspired by Pippin Barr's 'Stolen Art Gallery', which was in turn inspired by Ziv Schneider 'Museum of Stolen Art', A Museum of Echoes is an experiment composed over 48 hours for Pippin Barr's private listening. It is with the blessing of the inspirer that the collection is released to the World Wide Web.

Paws Menu imagines a gallery of sound, where the distillation of a physical space is reduced to the aural realm. A single room, free admission, where the sounds are experienced by placing an ear over a pedestal, the item it is displaying invisible, but the complete metaphysical reduction of a hypothetical space is echoing.

A Museum of Echoes is not open for public listening.
Only private tours. One at a time.
